Here’s how it works…easy as 1,2,3

1. Tell us your story:

You’ve lived through the event…now why not share your story to help others. Please recount your true story to us in 500 words or less explaining “How SafetyTat helped to reunite you and your child.” (Or you can recount a true personal story “When SafetyTat would have been helpful in reuniting you with your child or could have helped you when you were a child.”)

2. When & HOW TO ENTER:

Between 3/22/2016 and 5/1/2016, visit our website www.safetytat.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit an Official Contest Application. Your story must be written in English. Entries must be received by midnight on 5/1/2016. Limit one entry per person per day. If more than one entry is received per person, only the first entry will be eligible.

3. Who’s eligible:

This contest is open only to residents of The United States, who are 18 years of age or older. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

The JUDGING:

Judging will be done by SafetyTat LLC. SafetyTat will be looking closely for clear, concise stories that illustrate the success, positive message and benefits of protecting your child with SafetyTat’s unique, fun and convenient products. Parental originality and creativity are encouraged.

Awarding the prizes:

The chosen winner will receive (via US post) a $200 gift certificate to Target® plus SafetyTat Quick Stick Write-On! Six Packs for their child’s school class or daycare or play group (up to 15 6-packs of SafetyTats) plus a feature article in our Newsletter. 2nd and 3rd place runners up will receive 10 6-packs of our Quick Stick Write-On! used to send SafetyTats to chosen friends or loved ones. All winners will be notified by phone/email after 05/15/2016. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as the prizes. Limit one prize per person.

Legal stuff:

Winners will be notified by phone/e-mail. Sponsor/judges reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entry that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Contest or any other person or entity, or does not comply with these requirements or these Official Rules. All stories submitted allow SafetyTat the right to reproduce the story in full or edit and enhance the essays at its discretion. Sponsor is authorized to use entries as it sees fit, including usage in advertising. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of prize winners. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use prize winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising, editorial and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of the prizes or in the administration of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

Did I win?:

Winners will be notified by email address provided at time of entry on or after 5/15/2016 in addition to being posted on SafetyTat’s website along with the winning story.
